TMG Industrial Parts come with a 90-day warranty from time of purchase*(some exceptions apply) Parts replaced under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period only Parts such as Hammers, Knifes, Blades, Belts, PTO shafts, hoses, seals and saw chucks are classified as consumable items and are not covered under warranty

Part Returns

• Parts are returnable within 14 days of delivery, unused only. No refunds will be issued for used parts returned to TMG Industrial
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return the product back to TMG Industrial
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all parts returns
• Original shipping fees (including shipping insurance) is non refundable.
• TMG Industrial is not responsible for “ANY” lost/damage parts during the shipping process and no refunds will be issued for these products TMG recommends insuring your product for these protections.
